Staying at this hotel was like a dream come true! The rooms were absolutely amazing - designed with custom features like hand-painted tiles in the bathroom and sitting areas with colorful throw pillows. They were massive, including a desk area, loads of storage, and a mini-bar, catering perfectly to my wife's dietary restrictions and allergy to chemicals, making our stay in Mayan Riviera as good as it gets.

My stay was an authentic experience at the resort, with peaceful and spacious rooms overlooking the ocean and sunrise from my porch. The separate air conditioning system, ceiling fan, and king-size bed added to the comfort. The rooms may be slightly small but are true to the resort's charm.
